COVID-19: A Letter from Dr. Adrian Korol,
To our valued patients,
For over 18 years, our patients have trusted our office with their chiropractic care. In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, maintaining good health and wellness are increasingly important. For that reason, our clinics will remain open and our dedicated team will continue to focus on supporting you through exceptional chiropractic care.
As healthcare providers, chiropractic clinics are defined as part of the "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce during the Covid-19 Response" by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security under its published guidance. This is why through the duration of the "stay at home" order our employees and our patients will continue to be able to access our facilities and receive care.
We continue to sanitize the office throughout the day. We do ask that you wear a mask during your entire visit in our office. If you have any symptoms, cancel your appointment immediately by calling our front desk at 310-374-7482. No charges for late cancellations. While maintaining good health and wellness is important, please note, spinal adjustments do NOT decrease the risk of contracting COVID-19.
"The American Chiropractic Association (ACA) is committed to providing reliable information about chiropractic care as well as clarifying misinformation that may cause confusion. With the outbreak of the novel corona virus (COVID-19), the public’s need for accurate information to make good choices for themselves and the health and safety of their families has never been greater. The claims of some in the profession that spinal adjustments can boost immunity and decrease the risk of contracting COVID-19 are misleading. While spinal adjustments are effective for a number of conditions, there is no quality evidence to support that they can improve immunity to COVID-19."
Our commitment to operating a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff remain a primary focus, as we continue to operate with heightened best practices to minimize infection risks at our clinics.
Guided by our mission - to lead our patients and communities to a life of optimum health and wellness - we'll do whatever it takes to help serve our patients both during and after this crisis.
Best in health,
Dr. Adrian Korol
